Welcome
Elpan Panel is the control panel for your hosting account: domains and DNS, websites and applications, email, databases, files, and everything else that runs under your account.
The panel is meant to explain itself, and Ctrl+K searches your account and the panel from anywhere. These docs don't walk through the buttons. They cover what the interface can't show you: the concepts behind it, the work it does in the background, and why the defaults are what they are.
Two kinds of users
Elpan has two separate kinds of sign-in.
| Who | Signs in at | |
|---|---|---|
| You | The account holder. You own everything in the account. | This panel. |
| Your domain users | The people whose mailboxes you create. | Their own sign-in portal on your domain. |
Your domain users never see this panel. Their portal is where they manage their password, passkeys, two-factor authentication, and mail apps.
This split runs through the whole panel, especially the Email section. Domain users explains it in full.
How the docs are organized
- Getting started: short guides from a new account to a working website, email, and a first domain user. Also the core ideas, such as DNS is managed for you and Quotas and limits. If something in the panel surprises you, the answer is probably here.
- AI: the panel is built to be operated by an AI as well as by a person. The AI Assistant works inside your account and acts after you approve. The MCP server connects your own AI tools. Both use the same operations as the interface, with your permissions and the same audit trail.
- Everything else, by subject: Domains & services, Web hosting, Development, Email, Identity provider, Files, System, Insights, and Account & automation.
The sections follow the panel's menu loosely. A subject stays in one place even when the panel spreads it across several menus, and each page says where to find the feature. If you already know what you want, use the search box.
Getting help
The AI Assistant, in the panel's General menu if your provider enables it, answers questions about your setup and does tasks for you. It works with your permissions and asks before it changes anything. See AI.
