Settings & appearance
Settings holds your preferences for the panel:
- the Language of the interface, and
- your Time Zone, which the panel can take from your browser.
Every time the panel shows is in your time zone, including the runs of your backups and the email traffic log.
The panel sign-in
You sign in to the panel with your account's username and password, or a passkey. Security covers changing the password, passkeys and two-factor authentication.
Your domain users' passwords, two-factor authentication, passkeys and sessions are separate, managed per user under Manage domain users.
Appearance
The appearance settings restyle your control panel, for your account only. Start from a preset or choose your own:
- an accent color and a background color, from which the panel derives every shade,
- a corner radius, and
- a font.
An expert mode shows each color token separately for the light and the dark theme, and a live preview shows every change as you make it.
The control in the top bar follows your operating system's preference until you change it, and is then remembered per browser. The theme follows your account across devices; this control doesn't.
