Email Trash
When you delete a domain account, its raw mailbox data (the whole mailbox, not individual messages) moves to Email Trash for one week. Then the panel removes it permanently.
During that week:
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Download | Saves the data, to recover from a hasty deletion or to archive the mail of a domain user who left. |
| Delete Permanently | Removes the data now. |
| Empty Trash | Removes everything at once. |
danger
Delete Permanently and Empty Trash can't be undone.
This doesn't restore a single message
A message a user deletes inside their mailbox follows that mailbox's trash rules, in webmail or in their client. It doesn't come here.
